Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or make changes to your order? No problem — as long as it’s within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand by our products — and we stand by your right to change your mind. If you’re not satisfied after giving your INFANEST product at least 14 days of use, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery. Please note that any original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To start a return, simply email hello@infanest.com or fill out the form on our Contact Us page. To help us locate your order quickly, include your order number, or the name and email used at checkout.
Damaged Items
We carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. Damage refers to a defective or physically broken product — not just minor dents or scuffs to the packaging.
If your item is damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@infanest.com and include a photo of the damaged item. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to get your order delivered on time, but once it ships, delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties are unfortunately out of our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. If something goes wrong after shipping, please contact the carrier directly for help.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
