At INFANEST, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because better sleep shouldn’t come with extra fees.
📦 Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carrier, it’s officially on its way. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped. Your estimated delivery window depends on your location. Here’s what to expect:
🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
🌍 Other International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Please note: delays can occur due to courier volume, customs, or weather. These are out of our control, but we’ll do everything we can to keep you updated.
✏️ Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping details before checking out — it's your responsibility to ensure your address is correct and complete.
If you notice an error, email us at hello@infanest.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing and we can’t guarantee changes.
If we detect an address issue, we’ll reach out by email within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
⏳ Delayed Deliveries
We know waiting isn’t fun. While we aim to get your order to you quickly, delays can sometimes happen due to:

If we run into a delay on our end, we’ll let you know right away. INFANEST is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties, but we will support you every step of the way.
📭 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is shipped, it’s in the hands of our courier partners. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@infanest.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most carriers have a dedicated process for lost/stolen shipments. While INFANEST is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the situation.
In some cases, the courier may locate and deliver your package. If not, we suggest filing a police report as a final step.
