- Place BellyGuard™ on the car seat
Position the base on the seat cushion where your thighs rest.
- Secure the anchor strap
Wrap the strap around the seat base and buckle it tightly underneath. - Sit down and buckle your seatbelt
Buckle as you normally would — shoulder strap stays the same.
- Slip the lap belt into the BellyGuard™ hook
Slide the lower part of your seatbelt into the front-facing hook.
- Adjust for comfort and you're ready to drive
Make sure the lap belt rests below your belly — never across it.
